Proposal Writing for CSR Funds

Many NGOs have been approaching corporate for CSR fund / associating with them for CSR activities. To get encouraging results please follow the following guidelines 

Learn & match the objectives and activities of your NGO as well as Corporate under CSR

Send them a well draft letter which should clearly mention your intention / requirement and address it to CSR Manager (Who is generally with HR dept.)

Enclose the following along with the letter

• Last Year Activity Report
• CSR project report, Flow Chart, Logical Framework (mentioning Goal, outcomes, activities, outputs, time frame and risk) & Project Budget.
• Trust Deed copy
• PAN, 12A and 80G certificate copy
• Audited balanced sheet (last 3 years)

Stamp and sign all pages.

Follow up with calls or personal visit.
